Wendy's Edmonton - Cladding Project at 9532 165 Ave NW (APEX)
Joca-West Construction Ltd. partnered with APEX to complete the exterior cladding for the new Wendy's restaurant at 9532 165 Ave NW in north Edmonton. Our scope covered the full building envelope: weather-resistive membrane, subframing, and the metal panel system across the red and black wall sections, the drive-thru elevations, and the canopy details. The work was completed on a tight schedule to meet the opening day target, and the finished envelope is built to handle Edmonton winters and the daily wear of a high-traffic quick-service location.
